Child and School-Related Issues Special Interest Group

I am the director of social work and counseling services for a school district in Harlem. I hold research positions with NYU and the University of Maryland; I also hold academic appointments with Columbia and Smith. I am very interested in brininging the most effective services to students and families in disenfranchised communities and bridging the oft experienced research-practice gap.
